Introducing young children to physical fitness early in their lives will help them grow a positive attitude towards their bodies and health.  Through regular sporting activities, children can develop strength and power, stronger bones, more supple and resilient joints, and well coordinated motor skills using large muscle groups. Regular exercise throughout life is associated with healthier neuronal growth and connections, as well as, protecting the brain and equipping it for long service to our bodies.
